May is a great time for Mothers and daughters to learn something new, together! Moms, bring your daughters (ages 10+) out to empower them with the life skill of self defense. Daughters, bring your mom out to show her how much you love her. This workshop is an opportunity for mothers and daughters to learn together and connect through the learning experience. Training will include age-appropriate discussions, activities and self defense skills. Attendees will leave with the opportunity to further discuss the topics covered in the workshop as they apply to their unique situations. (Adult mother/daughter pairs are also welcome to attend. Those who may not have a mother or daughter to attend with them can certainly bring a friend instead.)
