About This Activity
Description
Join us on the sand court this summer for some exciting volleyball action! Sand (beach) volleyball is a great physical workout as well as a way to practice all around skills and ball control. Young volleyball players will focus on drills such as passing, underhand and overhand setting, attacking, defense and serving. Weekly scrimmages will allow players to use these skills in a game environment. This class is designed to help players of all skill levels foster a love for volleyball by focusing on skill development, healthy competition, and positive enthusiasm. Please bring a labeled water bottle.
