What's Included

Old fashioned deli pickles can’t be beat for flavor. They are also easy to make and full of probiotics. Ditch the heat and work of water bath canning. Taste samples of fermented vegetables and condiments. Learn to make dill pickles, corn relish, mustard and other tasty fermented vegetables. There will be a short discussion on the history and benefits of fermented foods. Take home recipes and instructions on basic brining and fermenting. Rivka Schwartz, Instructor
