KETTELBELLS- SESSION 3
Kettelball training is different than other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously and in addition kettelbell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training. The use of heavier weights will facilitate the development of power and strength in muscles throughout the entire body. This 45 minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance, and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems.
Dates: January 9 - February 27
Equipment Needed: Yoga mat & one Kettelbell of choice (15-20 lb. recommended)
