About This Activity
Girls in Grades 1-8 have a blast with their friends while learning basic FUNdamentals of football passing offense and defense! This ain’t your Momma’s Powder Puff Football! Girls flag football is the fastest growing high school sport in Ohio and nationally! Experienced Jump Start Sports Football Coaches will manage the program, conduct all instruction, and officiate games for their groups. Each session will consist of instruction on running all pass patterns, receiving techniques, passing technique, and defending the pass. We will also play a scrimmage at the end of each session. On the final day, we will have a championship game for every age group!
