Description

This class is closed to further registration.

Play with fire and make art at 2000 degrees! Learn all the tips, tricks and techniques to turn molten fire into glass art with a focus on tool use, safety and developing good work habits in the glass studio.
NOTE: All supplies are provided for youth & teen classes. Students must have a minimum height of 56 inches to be able to look into the furnace. No sandals, shorts, or synthetics.

  • Please keep in mind this studio has high heat temperatures.
  • Bring water to drink and sunglasses. Wear a cotton shirt, pants and closed toe shoes. No sandals, shorts or synthetics.
  • Students must have a minimum height of 56 inches to be able to look into the furnace, full vision capabilities, gripping strength with both hands and adequate hand-eye coordination.
