Description
Camptown will provide a Monday through Friday adventure camp at the Riverside Adventure Park with a tent overnight Thursday to Friday. This is an ideal camp for beginners who are curious about outdoor recreation opportunities. Participants will begin each day at 9am at the Riverside Adventure Park. On Monday and Wednesday, participants will learn to orienteer, fish, hike, play teambuilding games and prepare for the overnight campout which will occur Thursday night at Eagle Creek Park. On Tuesday, participants will travel by bus to an offsite adventure to be announced later. On Thursday, participants will arrive at 11am and be picked up Friday at 1pm. Thursday evening will consist of a campout in the park.
Participants should dress for the weather, bring their own water bottle that can be refilled during the day, and wear comfortable shoes that can get dirty and that will tie/strap to their feet (no slides, crocs, or flip-flops).
Participants will be allowed to borrow items for the campout, including tents, sleeping bags etc.

Day Camp Refunds
· A full refund will be provided for camps cancelled by Indy Parks.
· A $15 service charge per child per week will be deducted from all refunds and transfers. The $15 is not refundable or transferable and applies to all Indy Parks camps.
· For campers withdrawing from camps at Garfield Park Arts Center, Southeastway, Eagle Creek, Riverside Bike Camp or Holliday, if the camper is withdrawn less than two weeks prior to first day of camp, only 50% of your costs will be refunded.
· Camp withdrawals must be requested no later than the Thursday the week before the camp begins for any refund.
· A refund less the $15 service charge will be issued for medical reasons. A written note is required from a physician. For COVID-19 related illnesses, at-home COVID-19 tests are acceptable.
· A refund may be requested at the park where the program will be held or by contacting Customer Service, 317-327-PARK.
· All check refunds could possibly take six to eight weeks for processing.
· If a camper applies for scholarship but is not granted funds, deposit may be refunded.
