About This Activity
Description
# Teen Cardio will focus on increasing cardiovascular & muscular endurance, speed, agility and balance. Class will include drills, intervals, circuits, biking, running, walking and body weighted exercises. Teens will learn how to design their own fitness workouts. They will improve their self-confidence and reduce stress in a motivating environment! Registration Deadline: 7 days in advance of class start date.
