About This Activity
Description
Through creative movement and play, this class supports one of the most important aspects of long-term wellbeing – your balance. Connecting with Balance prioritizes accessibility - each session will be modified to fit the participants of that day. Fee: $10 per class, or $70 for 10 sessions ($7.50 per class or $52.50 for 10 sessions for participants in ICSC's low-income membership program); pay instructor.
