About This Activity
Description
Do you or a loved one have a hearing loss? If so, please join us for an informational session to learn with others about hearing and hearing loss, tinnitus, hearing aids (prescription hearing aids, Over-the-Counter (OTC) hearing aids, etc.) and cochlear implants. Your frequent communication partners are welcomed. We will also introduce some communication strategies to practice together. Please bring your own questions about hearing loss or amplification. The session will be led by audiology graduate student clinicians and Eun Kyung (Julie) Jeon, AuD/PhD, a clinical assistant professor. This program is being offered by University of Iowa Audiology Graduate Students.
