Dive into the world of coding and ecology with Minecraft Bee Coders Camp—a week-long, half-day adventure! In this immersive camp, participants will harness the power of Minecraft Education to learn coding skills while exploring the vital role of bees in our ecosystem. Through hands-on projects, teens will develop custom-coded solutions, such as creating automated pollinator paths and building interactive bee habitats. Campers will use block-based coding to solve real-world environmental challenges, fostering both technical skills and environmental awareness. With an emphasis on coding, problem-solving, and creative design, this camp offers a perfect blend of STEM learning and sustainability, preparing future innovators to think critically about technology’s role in protecting our planet. Multiple teachers will be at each camp to ensure that students are grouped by age and ability, allowing materials to be presented in a way that is developmentally appropriate. Older and more advanced learners will be challenged with more complex topics and projects tailored to their skill level. ClassDojo will be utilized to provide updates to parents throughout the week on key concepts learned and projects completed.
