About This Activity

Price is divided in 9 monthly payments of $40 each. This club is a perfect mixture of fun and learning for our youngest engineers and will cycle through 4 modules that will include but not be limited to; LEGO®- Using Duplo® bricks and other manipulatives, students use the engineering design process to complete engineering challenges while exploring concepts such as alike/different, patterns, weight, height, tunnels, bridges, and more. Computer Programming - Children will be led in activities that start laying the foundation of computer programming, we will utilize Sratch Jr and Robot Turtles. Creative Engineering Builds and Fun Science Experiments - students will get hands on experience building structures and mixing safe and fun chemicals to explore the physical world Each lesson is 30 minutes beginning with a read-along or interactive game to introduce the concept and grab the children’s attention. From there students are guided through scaffolded activities resulting in individual and cooperative engineering challenges.
