This is the first part of the Guard Development Program. Designed to help athletes develop the skills needed for a guard to be successful, both mentally and physically. Part 1 will focus on Guard role and responsibilities, ball handling, passing, change of direction, bait and pass, shooting, etc. Each player will understand spacing, handling pressure and attacking the rim. Once players complete this program they will be able to enroll in the second part under the Guard Development Program. Program consists of 6 - 1 hour sessions.
