Introducing the “Kid's Strength and Endurance” designed to increase your child's strength, speed, power, endurance, burn fat, and improve their health!! Kid's Strength and Endurance Training Our Teen Strength and Endurance Training is a unique strength and conditioning program designed specifically for children ages 9-17. This program combines constantly changing, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with functional strength training that is designed to: Increase cardiovascular endurance and power • Improve flexibility, speed and coordination • Burn fat and increase stamina • Most importantly, improve overall health About the Head Coach Leon Williams is a CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) Trainer and has been training in strength and endurance for 14 years. Leon leads both the Adult Boot Camp private and small group training as well as the Children’s Strength and Endurance Training. Leon is responsible for partnering with each child and parent to ensure that both fitness and nutritional objectives are met and that each child meets their full potential. Sessions are 30 mins and run Monday - Friday 4pm - 7pm. Saturday and Sunday sessions available upon request.
