About This Activity
Description
This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
This will take place outdoors while utilizing the Fit Truk in the parking lot.
Youth will develop key strength training and cardiovascular conditioning skills under the supervision of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers. Using free weights, bodyweight movements, and HIIT, participants will be safely guided through exercises to improve overall fitness.Category
