Add variety to your workouts with this ultimate all-round fitness class! This class will give you great cardio and strength training by doing a combination of kettlebell, kick-boxing, hand weights, pilates, dance, aerobics and the use of a stability ball using bands, all in an eight-week session. Bring a mat, water bottle, towel, hand weights, and a stability ball. Kettlebell--speak to the instructor about weight.
