ABOUT THE CLASS: Most popular music that children listen to features the guitar and it's a great instrument to learn in a group. Students will enjoy the sense of community that group classes create, but enrollment is kept low so that children can get individual attention if they are having difficulty with specific concepts. Beginning guitar classes will focus on proper tuning and technique as well as learning simple songs and chords. More advanced groups will focus on expanding their theoretical knowledge as they learn well known songs.
