Description
Are you looking for a dynamic blend of physical fitness, self- defense skills, and mental discipline?
Then this is your chance to do so!
You will learn techniques while also developing focus, coordination, and confidence. No fighting or physical contact will be necessary, and the level of participation is entirely dependent on your comfort level.
Classes will be held in Wrestling Room 10-103 (Gym)
Kung Fu / Self Defense class will meet every Thursday for 13 weeks. Students should bring loose fitting clothing, athletic shoes, and open finger style martial arts gloves are optional.
