About This Activity
Description
A certified coach will teach proper form and execution of the major strength training exercises utilizing plate loaded and cable (functional training) machines. Throughout this progressive program, teens will become comfortable on the wellness floor and learn multiple options and modifications for each strength exercise. Participants will learn how to create their own workout plans and will transition to being confident, safe and productive in strength training.
