This is a uniquely classical sport. It has history, drama, romance, art, style, plus all of the advantages of an active, physically demanding sport. Fencing develops agility, coordination, general fitness, good sportsmanship and self-discipline. Fencing is an excellent anaerobic exercise and done regularly, a great alternative to cutting carbs. 4 classes. Oct. 6 has been changed to Oct. 3 at 5:45 pm.
All fencing equipment is provided. Come in t-shirt, long athletic or sweat pants, crew-or knee-high socks and sneakers. Boys need to wear athletic cup. Please bring water bottle. Oct. 6 has been changed to Oct. 3 at 5:45 pm.
