If you are bringing a child of any age (infant - 17) who will remain seated with their parent/guardian rather than taking part in camp activities, please use this option. SSPORTS OFFERED Ice Hockey PAYMENT OPTIONS If you are requesting a scholarship, please do not complete this form until you have submitted a scholarship application (available at nubability.org) and received a scholarship code. An installment payment plan is available: 25% deposit upon registration and two additional payments. SCHEDULE Check-in is at 9:30 am at Cornerstone CFCU Arena Saturday and Sunday.
