Description
The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool down techniques are taught. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and various running and relay events Please arrive to camp wearing sunblock and sneakers. Pack a peanut/tree nut free snack and water bottle and sunblock daily. UPDATE: Physical and Immunization Records: Now in 2024, our office must have already received your child’s physical and immunization records BEFORE you will be able to register them for camp. You can find out if we have valid physical and immunization records by logging into your account online and selecting “Required Documents Status”.Please wear sneakers and bring a peanut-free snack, water bottle and sunscreen daily.
