This class will be a combination of interval, cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. It will increase your endurance, strength and metabolism for fat-burning results. Participants will use body weight exercises such as pushups, squats, sit-ups, burpees, mountain climbers, etc. Participants will also use hand weights, bands, jump ropes, tires, ropes, sand bags, etc. to maximize workouts. This will be a fun and creative exercise class with plenty of variety. Please bring a water bottle, mat, and hand weights. Instructor: Karen Cheeks Location: FPD Campus, Room TBD.
