About This Activity
Description
FITNESS CLASSES ARE FOR MARC MEMBERS ONLY!Get in, sweat it out, and crush your workout in just 20 minutes! Join Danielle for a high-energy HIIT class. With her kind spirit and unstoppable energy, Danielle will motivate you to push through quick bursts of movement that leave you feeling strong, empowered, and ready to take on the day.
Ages: 16+ All fitness levels welcome!
What to Bring: Wear athletic clothing and closed-toe sneakers, bring a towel, and a water bottle with a closed lid to stay hydrated.
Class Rules: Be on time (this class is short and intense!), listen to your body, and follow Danielle’s lead. Come ready to work hard and leave feeling amazing!
Please make sure to wear appropriate athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes, and bring a closed container water bottle.
We will meet in Group Fitness Room A.
No equipment needed! Please be on time.
