About This Activity
Description
FITNESS CLASSES ARE FOR MARC MEMBERS ONLY!
Sculpt, tone, and feel strong with Body Weight Tone & Sculpt —a beginner-friendly class led by the amazing Brenda! This fun and supportive workout uses just your body weight to help you build strength, improve balance, and boost confidence. Brenda’s positive energy and clear guidance make this the perfect class for anyone 16+ who wants to get moving and feel good.
Ages: 16+ All fitness levels welcome!
What to Bring: Wear athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a towel if you’re ready to sweat (spoiler: you will!). Class Rules: Arrive on time to get started strong, follow Brenda’s lead, and have fun while you move at your own pace!
Please make sure to wear appropriate athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes, and bring a closed container water bottle.
We will meet in Group Fitness Room B.
No equipment needed! Please be on time.
