No drop-ins allowed – all participants must register online or in-person at the 1st floor front desk. Registration closes 10 minutes before class starts – don’t miss out!MARC FitStart: Weight and Cardio Machine Orientation Ready to dive into fitness but unsure where to start? MARC FitStart is your go-to orientation for mastering the weight machines and cardio equipment. In this session, we’ll show you how to use each machine correctly, avoid common mistakes, and set the stage for an effective workout. This is an introductory session to help you feel confident as you start your fitness journey at the MARC!
5 Members Per Session. Please be on time!Ages: 13+ (Ages: 13-15 Requires parent to also register and participate)
