Description

This activity is closed to further registration.

Develop a safe and effective strength training program using free weights. Three 30 minute appointments in which teen participants will learn the principles of strength training, proper exercise form and the rules and etiquette of the fitness center. This is a requirement for teens 14-16 who want to use free weights in the fitness center.
