About This Activity

Description

Speed, agility and quickness are the primary conditions athletes must improve to advance their performance. SPT helps young athlete?s age?s 11-15 work on all three of these conditions. Certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach team up to lead athletes in a variety of drills and exercises that promote injury prevention, core conditioning, strength, speed and power.
