This one hour class will start with a multi-muscle strength training regime that leads to a circuit style interval training session. Expect to be using a variety of fitness tools, including the TRX (suspension training), kettlebells and combat ropes. Build lean muscle tissue, ramp up your metabolism and feel empowered with this dynamic work out!
