Welcome to all rising middle school soccer players who would like to use some of their summer break to enhance their conditioning and skill-sets for the coming year. The purpose of this summer-long camp is to provide all male and female participants with guided opportunities to develop and maintain the proper physical and technical skills required for soccer and other athletic activities. There will be activities scheduled daily to allow for a consistent development of the whole player and still allow for flexibility to enjoy ‘off-days’ or vacations without the sense of ‘missing’ key components of training. The speed and conditioning sessions will take place on Monday and Wednesday at Warner Park from 8:00 to 9:00 am. The technical sessions, where soccer-specific development will occur, will be on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, same times/location.
