About This Activity
Description
This swim team competes in USA Swimming. It is designed for athletes with advanced and demonstrated commitment to the sport of swimming, with an emphasis on refining stroke techniques and building strength and endurance. Swimmers are expected to possess proficient stroke techniques and a strong work ethic. This group's workload will progressively increase throughout the season. Meets occur on most Saturdays and Sundays, though attendance at every meet is not required. Team suits, caps, and goggles are included in the program's cost.Activity Other Category
