Notes:CONDITIONS OF PLAY:

Singles and doubles matches are to be scheduled on all days of the tournament (Sept 23 - 25).

The tournament will offer both singles and doubles for the following age groups: Boys and Girls 14's & 16's.

- Players cannot play in multiple age groups. Players may only register in a one age group for singles and in doubles.

Draw information:
- Play will be no more than a 32 standard draw with a quarterfinal feed in consolation.
- All main draw singles matches will be best of 3 short sets with a match tiebreak to be used for the third set.
- All Consolation matches will be best 2 out of 3 short sets with 10 pt tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set.
- Doubles matches be a pro-set with a 7 pt. tie-break at 8/8.
- There will be no Mixed Doubles in this tournament.

SURFACES:
Boys 14's & 16's and Girls 14's are played on outdoor hard courts. Girls 16’s are played on outside clay courts.


SITES:
The Tournament will be using three sites for play and multiple surfaces. The sites are The Racquet Club of Memphis (RC, RCC), Memphis University School (MUS), Germantown Municipal Center (GTOWN)

ELECTRONIC DEVICES PROHIBITED ON COURT:
Players may not use electronic devises on court that are designed for communication (I-watch, cell phones, pda's, etc.) or data storage/display (pocket notebook, rolodex, word processor, etc.). Use of these devices will result in immediate code violation for unsportsmanlike conduct. (A device that is in the "ON" mode constitutes use.) Notes and printed material brought on court for reference with a player are permitted.

TOURNAMENT BALL:
WILSON will be the official ball of the tournament.

THE CODE:
In matches without an official on court, players are expected to follow The Code. If you've never read it, please do so.

STRINGING:
We are pleased to have Jarryd Woog a USRSA certified stringer, as our tournament stringer.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
This is a USTA sanctioned event and as such will follow the USTA Handbook FRIEND AT COURT 2017.
