This intense workout course will focus on utilizing training systems and teaching techniques that will help participants make significant improvements in speed, agility, quickness and overall conditioning. All activities are tied together, and work to achieve total athletic development. Camp objectives include; improvement in: sprinting mechanics, starts/reaction time, power development, core strength, agility and change of directions, hand/eye coordination, explosiveness/jumping ability, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness level.
Students should dress appropriate for movement; Gym shoes, t-shirt/shorts, and bring a water bottle.
