Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. This strength and conditioning program helps kids learn to set goals and become more self confident and physically fit while having fun.
Special Instruction: $5 supply fee to instructor for journals
