Have you ever wondered what happens when you heat aluminum to 1700°? Discover the amazing world of cast metal sculpture in this beginner's class! Metal casting is the process of forming metal through making a mold, usually out of sand, melting metal until it is molten liquid, and pouring the metal into the mold. We will go through the whole process from idea to completed piece in this four week class. An emphasis will be placed on safety and open minded fun.
