Join our new Belly Fit Series of Belly Dance classes. Dance your way to fitness. More than meets the eye, Belly Dance is the most effective and fun way to shape up those common problem areas that develop with age. Improve rhythm and coordination while improving strength and stamina. Enjoy a gentle workout that is suitable for all levels of fitness. " Fabulous Abs and Awesome Arms" will allow you to experience deep toning of core muscles and arms with methodical, undulating Belly Dance movement. " Basic Belly Dance Shimmies" will contour hips, thighs, buttocks and calves while learning signature Belly Dance shimmies. Grace Watkins-Wright has years of experience teaching this wonderful fitness program.
