Appropriate for active beginners and intermediate level students who wish to develop further strength, flexibility, and stamina. In addition to the asana (poses), we will also practice pranayama (breath work) and meditation. This class uses aromatherapy.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Please bring a yoga mat and beach towel. Yoga blocks and a yoga tie if you have them.
