About This Activity
Description
This non-performance class is designed to support ground and aerial dancers in building the strength, stability, and stamina needed for safe and powerful movement. Through a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, core work, and dynamic stretching, students will improve their muscular endurance, balance, alignment, and overall fitness. Emphasis is placed on injury prevention, cross-training, and developing the physical tools that enhance technique and performance. All levels are welcome—this class is a great addition to any dancer’s weekly schedule!
