About This Activity
Description
This class is offered to teens ages 13 to 15. They are provided the chance to learn the safest and most effective ways to train. A fitness trainer will give a tour of the fitness center while explaining the proper use and benefits of each piece of equipment. Each participant is required to successfully demonstrate proper use of equipment in order to use the fitness center. Those who complete the program will be given a Youth Fitness Center pass card.
