About This Activity

Sessions may involve the use of instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, or tuning forks, and can be experienced in individual or group settings. This gentle approach encourages deep relaxation and can support mental clarity, creativity, and emotional healing. *Please bring your own towel or yoga mat. * This is a DROP-OFF EVENT.
