Welcome to Fun Fitness, where middle and high school students engage in a dynamic blend of physical activities to promote health, teamwork, and enjoyment of sports. This class offers a diverse range of activities, including field day and team-building games to foster cooperation and camaraderie, fitness workouts to improve strength and endurance, and cross country and running sessions to enhance cardiovascular fitness and resilience. Students also have the opportunity to develop their skills in soccer, baseball, and kickball through drills, scrimmages, and friendly competitions.
