About This Activity

Instructor: Bennett Roof. The programming language Alice is a great stepping stone to learning other languages as well as a fun and interactive program itself. It seamlessly fuses a 3D interactive world and the code to manipulate it. With easy to learn commands and a wide array of objects and worlds to create, students will learn how to program both fascinating animations and gripping video games. Developed at Carnegie Mellon University, Alice provides a fun and simple way to start one's programming education.
