It's a cardio-based class but it's so Flippin' Fun! Join in Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30 a.m. to strengthen your leg and glute muscles as well as your core muscles in your stomach and back. Participants must furnish their own fins. This is a minimum impact class so it's easy on your joints but make no mistake, you'll get a good workout! Minimal swimming ability is needed; everyone uses a floatation belt (rent a belt for $1 or purchase one at the pool). Open to ages 12+ (ages 12 to 15 must have a parent in the class). Registration is required and each session will run only if the minimum registration is met. Drop-ins may be allowed after that point.
