1 Thursday, August 14, 3:00 - 6:00 PM Let's Draw Anything! - Age 7-12 Taught by Knack Whittle, $33 Member / $36 Non-member Do you like to draw? Like making your own characters? Like drawing your favorite characters from tv, movies, anime? If any of these and more apply to you, then let's draw together! The Newark Arts Alliance will retain a $5 cancellation fee if a student withdraws from a class. Knack Whittle (they/them) is a cartoonist from Cecil County, MD, and one of the illustrators for the best-selling series of graphic novel adaptations of Francine Pascal's Sweet Valley Twins series. Knack graduated from SVA in New York in 2021 with a BFA in Cartooning, and works from home full time as a cartoonist, though they may also be found helping out on occasion at Captain Blue Hen Comics in Newark. In their free time, Knack can be found playing/leading D&D, studying history and historiography, or taking hikes, among other things.
