About This Activity

Description

We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Tuesday, November 29, 2016.

NO CLASS NOVEMBER 22nd Mommy & Me Gymnastics class is designed for Moms, Dads and/or caregivers and children ages 3 and under. The class will include open free play, as well as organized games. Each class will include warm ups, stretching, games, laughing, obstacle courses and bouncing on the tumble track and lots of fun! We will also be doing some skill building that parents can opt in and out of with their children. This is a no pressure class that helps kids start to learn the basic structure of a gymnastics class with the freedom to simply explore and play. Over the course of the month, children will have the opportunity to go on all 4 Olympic events including the vault, bars, beam and floor, as well as the tumble track.

  • The fee for the class is per person. Parent and child must both enroll in class.
  • Parent/Guardians must stay with their child during class time.
  • Long hair must be pulled back for both boys and girls.
  • No socks or shoes. All students should come to class in workout attire, leotards, shorts and t-shirt are all great!

NO CLASS NOVEMBER 22nd Please remember to register each parent and child individually. Thank you.
