Crawl, climb, sprint, tumble, lift, balance, carry, throw, push and pull in this fun, fast paced and challenging class. Kids will learn to use bodyweight, medicine balls, sleds, ropes and other cool toys to reach higher levels of balance, coordination and strength.
This program will teach your young athlete new skills and new movement patterns. One hour sessions designed to introduce and reinforce foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and challenging environment.
The curriculum places a high priority on technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of efficient and essential movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child's athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of high level activity.
