All body types and fitness levels encouraged.General is a co-ed inter generational class and for youth and adults, aged 9 and up (no limit).
Punch away the pounds. This 45-minute class is a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT! Taught by USA Boxing coaches and officials.
We have gloves and boxing handwraps available for use, and new leather gloves available for sale. You are welcome to bring your own gloves and encouraged to bring boxing handwraps. Wrapping instruction will be provided.
