About This Activity
Description
A 45 minute class for children ages 12-23 months accompanied by an adult. Emphasis on movement exploration, parent-toddler bonding, and socialization with other children of the same age. If you are interested in meeting families with toddlers, this is the class for you! We are building community while promoting movement and play.General Class Structure:
- warm-up, circle time
- obstacle courses
- tumble trak, trampoline
- parachute, bubbles
No Classes: Monday, January 20 (MLK Day) or Monday, February 17 through Saturday, February 22 (President's Day and Mid-Winer Break).
Adult Participation Required: Participation limited to ONE Adult. We require one adult to participate per child. An exception can be made for siblings, in which case we will allow one adult for up to two children.
What to Wear: Gymnastics style leotards recommended. Alternatively, participants may wear comfortable athletic style clothing like leggings or shorts and a tight-fitting t-shirt. Torso/midriff must be covered. Gymnastics apparel available for purchase at the Novato Gymnastics Center M-Th from 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, or shop online through our virtual store (novatogymnastics.org/store).
Stay Home When Sick: If your child is sick, we kindly ask that you keep them home. Participants exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to participate. Staff reserve the right to accept or decline participants based on their assessment and discretion of any apparent signs or symptoms of illness. Thank you for your understanding.
No Make-Up Classes or Refunds for Missed Classes: The Novato Gymnastics Center does not offer make-ups, pro-rated reimbursements, or similar for missed days. Thank you for your understanding.
Class Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to a $13.00 processing fee and prorated reimbursement. No exceptions.
