**Start Date is 1/27/2025**Parent N Tot is a co-educational program tailored to girls and boys aged 18 months - 3 years, as they participate with the assist of a parent or guardian. The class will emphasize basic motor skills which are essential to early physical growth and development. Instructional emphases are on locomotion, balance coordination, flexibility, strength, introductory tumbling and basic gymnastic skills. Gymnast are introduced to balance beam, training bar, floor exercise, and springboard to begin building the necessary foundation for strong bodies and skill learning.
