About This Activity
Students will dive into the process, tools and technique for creating their own graphic stories and characters. They will learn how to use different text/ image relationships, expression, and layouts to bring their stories to life. From writing, through sketching to inking students will follow the unique process of comics to tap into their own creativity and explore new exciting ways to bring stories to life. Students will learn the hands-on processes and techniques of paper folding and art books as objects. Students will make their own limited edition creations in the spirit of small run independent publications and art books.
